Fellows programs are offered in each chapter’s community.

Each chapter welcomes nominees to its Fellows Program who are curious, courageous and ready to embrace deep learning and personal transformation work. To be considered for the Fellows Program, nominees should have demonstrated leadership ability evidenced by achievement in their organizations, whether public, non-profit or private, and have spheres of influence and constituencies they can bring to the process of building the community.Each ALF chapter aims to ensure that every class reflects the political, sector, ethnic and gender diversity of its community. Each Fellow should be willing to challenge their own assumptions and increase their understanding and awareness of others.

While some chapters only invite nominations from their Senior Fellow network, you’re welcome to contact individual chapters to inquire.
