Senior Fellow Network

We are 5,000+ strong and growing.

Senior Fellows are graduates of the ALF Fellows Program and are part of a network unlike any other. They come from all sectors of leadership: Nonprofit, Private, Finance, Philanthropy, Education, Advocacy, Grassroots Community Organizing, and Federal, Tribal, State, and Municipal Government. They share a common understanding of, dedication to, and capacity for, acting as networked servant leaders.

Each year approximately 250 graduates are added to a network of more than 5,000 Senior Fellows nationwide. These leaders are ready to support one another’s causes, whether in their original chapters or in new communities to which their professional and personal lives have led them. Chapters offer programs and activities to sustain ALF teachings and to support the growing network of Senior Fellows in that community. In addition, ALF chapter websites provide tools to help Senior Fellows stay in touch and work together for the common good.

The American Leadership Forum’s impact on communities across the country springs from this engaged, vibrant, evolving, and active network of leaders who inspire their colleagues to collective action through the course of their life and work.
